“…I went to check on my 3 year old and was horrified to find she had opened a bottle of oil-base black model paint and had proceeded to…“Hand paint” in my basement. Roy was willing to come right over and see what he could do to help… Roy started with a spot cleaner by hand, which took most of the paint out, leaving a grey smudged area…I assumed he was finished all he could get out, however he told me he had another machine that he would use to finish the job. He was in my home for about an hour and when I saw the result I was amazed. There was not one spot of black oil paint on any of my carpet! I am thoroughly convinced that another carpet cleaning system would not have produced such dramatic results. I will call on Roy when I need carpets cleaned in the future. I have referred his work to several other friends as well…”
